2023-05-17 Breakfast Meeting at HDI Wholesale
Our next meeting is coming up quick on May 17th
HAVE YOU RSVP’ED YET?
Here’s all the details:
WHEN: May 17, 2023 – 7:30 AM – 9 AM
WHERE: HDI Wholesale
N172W21930 Caymus Court
Jackson, WI 53037
OUR SPEAKER: HDI Wholesale’s mission is to help organizations meet their program goals by offering personal service, and quality products at wholesale prices. Come have breakfast with your fellow GJBA members and tour the new HDI facility in the Jackson Industrial park.
Proudly celebrating 40 years in business, HDI Wholesale was founded by Nola Scherer-Luft, as Houseware Distributors, Inc. The company evolved from a multi-outlet store retailer to become an importer and distributor with a national customer base. Their roots are in retail, with the access to a deep network of vendors and sources for anything their customers need.
After many successful years in retail, they began working with a national non-profit organization, offering toys and gifts at much lower prices, and much more conveniently, than if they were to shop retail. NPO’s should reap the same benefits that businesses do! Purchasing at wholesale prices better serves their communities. This relationship shifted HDI’s company focus towards meeting the needs of hundreds of non-profits throughout the country. They are the #1 non-profit resource!
Since Nola’s retirement, her daughters, Sara Depies and Anne Blaedow, have led the family company to continued growth. Their latest success is the opening of a brand new 70,000 square foot warehouse in August of 2023!
WHAT TO BRING: Your business cards to pass out and any company swag / handouts / marketing material you would like to be presented to new businesses in the Greater Jackson area. Board member Debi Zeinert is putting together an initial order of 25 welcome gift bags from the Alliance to hand out to new businesses. We would welcome any marketing material to go in these gift bags as a way to market your business. If you cannot make the meeting – you can contact Debi directly to coordinate a drop off time. debi@bloomingquill.com
