South of County Hwy NN
North of Pioneer Road
West of the Washington/Ozaukee County Line
East of Scenic Rd.

Be sure to include the following attachments with your application:
1. Your School Transcripts
2. Two letters of recommendation, one academic and one personal

How to submit the application:
